We offer one-on-one classes designed to address your personal goals in a supportive setting.

We offer packages of 5 or 10 private yoga classes at our studio in Matawan, NJ. You can schedule your sessions once a week or as needed. We also offer semi private group classes for bachelorette parties, couple events, birthdays and more! Call now to learn more.

Every month, we host up to four yoga workshops. We host weekly workshops during the summer. Join us for one of our:


  • Sound Baths:  Let go and relax in this restorative offering of sound and energy healing.  Sound Baths incorporate different crystal bowls, metal tibetian bowls, gong, drum, and other instruments to produce vibrations that wash over you and effect your body on a cellular level.   Induces a state of calm rest leaving you feeling restored and balanced. 
  • New Moon Circle: This is a monthly meditation workshop to work through intention setting and gentle movements for the new moon practice.
  • Restorative Yoga: Learn how to regulate your fight or flight response and let go of tension through body and mind.
  • Workshops at The Bay: Held outside during the summer, these workshops are relaxing and come with an amazing view of The Bay.
