What's better than indoor yoga? Outdoor yoga! Align Yoga and Strength hosts Yoga by The Bay every June through September. Classes are held three times a week: Sundays at 8 a.m. and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 p.m. We follow a relaxed flow and close our Tuesday classes with a guided meditation. You may take a single class or sign up for our monthly membership. Kindly note that our Friday Workshops at The Bay are not included in our membership program.
