Introducing 20/20/20 - a revolutionary class to challenge you, change you, and to ground you. Increase strength, flexibility, and find peace in just 60 minutes.
Strength training: 20 minutes of strength training using a combination of TRX, body weight, resistance bands, light weights, gliders and whatever else we can find to challenge you and get your heart rate up.
Yoga: 20 minutes of Flow. Connect body and mind with yoga asana.
Meditation: 20 minutes of breath work & meditation.
Who is this class for?
20/20/20 is for anyone who knows they need to take care of themselves. Wants to train for strength, loves a good yoga flow, and knows they need meditation but finds it hard to fit it all in. It's also great for those who don't want to do or aren't ready for a 60 minute strength or yoga class. This class gives you everything you need to feel strong, connected, and leaves you feeling so at peace you forget that the first 20 minutes were hard!
