200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Allison Sorokin, YA-ERYT

Begins Fall 2024 • Meets One Weekend Per Month • Small Group, In-Person

Join Allison Sorokin for a year-long journey to deepen your practice, expand your teaching, and grow as a leader in your community. This advanced training includes:

  • Philosophy & Integration – Study ancient yogic texts and learn how to bring their teachings into modern classes.

  • Anatomy & Biomechanics – With special modules led by Leslie Kaminoff & Amy Matthews, authors of Yoga Anatomy.

  • Special Populations – Learn to confidently teach prenatal, beginners, seniors, and students with injuries or chronic pain.

  • Trauma-Informed Training – 25 hours of Trauma Sensitive Yoga education with Bodywise Foundation.

  • The Subtle Body – Explore chakras, pranayama, koshas, and how to apply them in class settings.

  • Entrepreneurship – Marketing, niching, social media, and building your teaching business.

  • Private Yoga – Learn to hold safe, customized 1:1 sessions—and how to grow this side of your practice.

  • Inclusivity – Address cultural bias and learn to foster equity and belonging in wellness spaces.

I’ve never done yoga before. Can I still join?

Absolutely. Our classes are designed for every body and every level. We’ll meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re brand new or returning after time away. You’ll always be supported, encouraged, and never judged.

It’s our signature offering that blends therapeutic yoga with TRX suspension training. These classes build strength, improve posture, and offer deep alignment—perfect for those recovering from injury or wanting to feel stronger in their body.

Bring a yoga mat, water, and a towel. We provide props like blocks, straps, and bolsters—and we’ll show you how to use them. No fancy gear required.

Yes. Many of our students come to us for that exact reason. Our instructors are deeply trained in anatomy and therapeutic movement. We’ll offer modifications and support to help you move safely and confidently.

Not at all. Yoga helps you become more flexible and stronger over time. Come as you are—our focus is on alignment, breath, and mindful movement, not performance.
