Allison is the founder of Align Yoga & Strength and the lead trainer of this 300hr program. Her work is built on one core belief: teachers deserve real education — not scripts, trends, or recycled sequencing.
She’s known for her depth in anatomy, biomechanics, and functional movement, and for helping teachers understand what’s actually happening in the body. Her approach blends alignment, breathwork, and nervous system awareness with practical teaching skills that translate directly to the classroom.
This training is structured to meet Yoga Alliance standards and emphasizes competency, integration, and ethical responsibility. It is rigorous, grounded, and built to develop confident, thoughtful educators.
Ali is an E-RYT 500, YACEP, YogaWorks 500hr trained, and certified in Restorative Yoga and Yoga Tune Up®. She brings precision, honesty, and deep care to the teachers she mentors — creating a space that feels both safe and challenging in the best way.
