I spent the last 15 years of my career focusing on what happens when the body stops responding to traditional effort. My work is dedicated to rehab, joint health, and the specific transitions of peri-menopause.
At Align Yoga & Strength, we don’t perform movement—we teach it. My goal is to help you rebuild trust with your body so you can move with clarity, not guesswork.

Colleen is a 200hr RYT, Reiki Level 2 practitioner, and Yin-trained teacher who shares intuitive, heart-centered classes designed to help students find peace, balance, and connection—both on the mat and within themselves.
